Superb Trio

This is a very hard to find trio made by Worcester in the 18th century. All three peices are hand painted with a design very similar to the service made for the Earl of Dalhousie Lord Henry Thynne . Exactly the same except isntead of the scene in the center here we have an urn with flowers. All three pieces have a fluted shape to them, have some superb fruit arrangements as well as bugs painted on them and the superb cobalt blue ground color with a ncie gold trim on top. The center of the saucer, inside of the tea cup ad front of the coffee cup have the urn with flowers coming out of it with the tea cup and saucer having that neat turquoise trim around the scene. To find a trio in this pattern is almost unheard of and it looks amazing!! The quality of the painting is top notch! Both cups and the saucer are in great condition with a paint flaw to a spot of the brown design under the urn of the saucer, a touch of minor gold wear to the top edges only and wear to a raised spot of one of the fruit designs of the saucer from stacking / use. They display perfectly and look amazing! The tea cup is 1.75 inches tall and has a diameter of 3.375 inches. The saucer is about 1 inch tall and has a diameter of 5.5 inches. And the coffee cup is just over 2.5 inches tall with a diameter of 2.5 inches. Each piece is marked with their half moon mark underneath in under glaze blue as shown. Old clear tape residue left on the udnerside from a previous collector which ahs yellowed from age. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
