Superb Small Cream / Sauce Boat

This is a really fun little dish made by Worcester in the 18th century. Originally likely meant as an individual sauce dish it is nowadays more often referred to as a cream boat or creamer. This shape is really nice with lots of molded detail all around and a nice dolphin shaped handle. Each side has a hand painted flower arrangement to it and there are some smaller single flowers as well, a bit of puce trim to the handle and gold trim around the foot. An unusually nice version! The piece is in perfect condition with just a minor touch of wear. It displays perfectly! The creamboat is 3.25 inches tall, 3.25 inches long and just under 2 inches wide. It is not marked but that is pretty normal. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
