Reticulated Polychrome Saucer

This is a superb saucer made by Worcester in the late 19th century - 1881 I believe to be exact. George Owen was / is quite famous for these types of pieces. The saucer is reticulated in two sections of the rim, has two more sections that have a gilded lountain landscape to them and a ring around the central well that has raised "jewels" to it in blue and white and some gold designs on a pink ground. Really very nice and quite a delicate design. The saucer is in perfect condition which is amazing given the fragile nature of these thinly potted pieces. The saucer is just over 0.5 inches tall and has a diameter of 4.25 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the pink Worcester mark with MN as a painter's mark as well as an impressed Worcester mark that is hard to make out.
