Rare Reticulated Plate

This is a rare and superb plate made by Worcester in the late 19th century - 1884 I believe to be exact. George Owen was / is quite famous for these types of pieces. The plate is reticulated all along the rim with a ring around the very edge that has raised "jewels" to it in blue and white and some gold designs on a pink ground. The reticulated section has red and pink panels to it with circular holes in them and four circular panels with gold designs on them. The center has a fine landscape scene in gold that is hard to show in picture since it is very fine. It fits the piece perfectly and the plate looks amazing! Really very nice and quite a delicate design. The plate is in superb condition with just a touch of wear to the gilding along the very edge which is amazing given the fragile nature of these thinly potted pieces. It is just over 1 inch tall and has a diameter of 4.25 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the green as well as impressed Worcester mark with RS as a painter's mark in orange. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
