Nice Kakiemon Cup & Saucer #2

This is a superb cup and saucer made by Worcester around 1765. It is hand painted with a fun design that is a mixture between Kakiemon and Imari in alternating panels in superb colors and with lots of detail! The set is in the best condition anyone could hope for with a rough area to the foot ring of the cup but this is from the making. The colors are strong, the gilding has almost no wear at all and the design and shape is top notch :) I especially like the shape! The set is marked with their early fret mark meant to imitate a Chinese seal mark. The cup is 2.25 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.625 inches. The saucer is 1 inch tall and has a diameter of 4.625 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $999
