Fruit Scene Teabowl & Saucer

This is a superb cup and saucer made by Worcester in the 18th century. The set is decorated in under glaze blue with the Fruit and Wreath pattern that includes a nice fruit and flower arrangement in the center surrounded by a nice trim with some more flowers filling in the rim area and a superb trim to the edge. The cup has a similar design to the inside with different fruits and flowers to the outside. A really pleasant pattern to look at in your cabinet! Both the cup and the saucer are in superb condition with some very minor wear to the clear glaze only. The cup has a very small chip to the foot which is probably from when it was made. They display perfectly! The cup and saucer are not marked which is not unusual for Worcester around this time. The cup is 1.875 inches tall and 3.125 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1 inch tall and 5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
