Amazing Reticulated Cup & Saucer

This is an amazing reticulated cup and saucer made by Worcester about mid to later 19th century during the Grainger period. The saucer is reticulated and the cup is double walled with the outside wall also being reticulated. The reticulation is a flower design that looks amazing. A bit of gold trim, a nice handle shape and the fact the saucer sits on three superb little feet make this a very elegant cup and saucer! The set is in perfect condition with just a very minor touch of gold wear. They display perfectly! The saucer is 0.75 inches tall with a diameter of 5.375 inches. The cup is 2.5 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter. Both pieces are marked with the red numbers 1 over 890 as shown which is not too uncommon during this period.
