Tower Mark Plate

This is a plate made by Tournai ( Tournay ) in the 18th century. It is hand painted with a blue decor called a la Ronda I believe. There are three smaller flower arrangements on the rim and a larger design in the center. Nice fluted design to rimwhich is typical for them. The plate is softpaste porcelain which is a beautiful creamy white color. It is in good condition with a bit of wear to the glaze normal on softpaste porcelain and one flat rim chip which isn't very obivous if at all when on display. The plate is marked underneath with an incised M 1 or something along those lines as well as a version of the rare tower mark with the number 2 above it. It is 1.125 inches tall and 9 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
