Saint Cloud Cup & Saucer #2

This is another cup and saucer made by St-Cloud during the first quarter of the 18th century. It is made of a creamy colored softpaste with an underglaze blue decoration that is quite nice. This is a handleless cup or teabowl. The decorations on both peices match which isn't always the case with their wares. The cup and saucer also have a ribbed design to them and the saucer has a little rim around the center well to keep the cup from moving around too much. I guess a type of trembleuse. The set is in great condition with just two small chips to the top rim of the cup. Neither piece is marked but that is not uncommon for their porcelain either. I do have a certificate of authenticity from a top expert in the field just in case. The cup is 2.125 inches tall and 3.25 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.25 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
