Floral Milk Pot

This is a rare creamer / milk jug / pot à lait à trois pieds made by Sevres in the 18th century. It is made of soft paste porcelain and hand painted with three floral arrangements as well as two smaller flowers. The branch shaped handle and feet are highlighted with gilding and have flowers "growing" out of the ends that are highlighted with tooled gilding. Very nice! This shape piece comes in different sizes and this one is larger than the others I ahve owned over the years. They creamer is not legibly marked underneath as shown but was definitely made by them and the remnants of their mark is still visible. This piece is in great condition with a bit of wear to the gilding and a tiny rough area on the bottom end of the handle. The piece is 4.625 inches tall, about 5 inches including the handle and spout and has a diameter of about 3.5 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
