Superb Art Nouveau Cup & Saucer

This is a really nice demitasse cup and saucer made by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. Can be used for mocha or espresso coffee or just for show :) The set is hand painted with a very Art Nouveau floral design in gold, pink and green on a green ground that runs in streaks along the rim with some more gold trim to the edges. A stunning design that one does not come across very often at all! I just love this little peice! The cup is 1.875 inches tall and 1.875 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 3.75 inches in diameter. Both pieces are in superb condition with some very minor wear to a spot or two. They are marked underneath with the rare under glaze blue shield mark as shown with the word Nymphenburg underneath. Blurry but it is there! The saucer also has some impressed marks and green numbers as shown. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
