Early Floral Plate #1

This is a plate made by Nymphenburg in about 1765 so in the very beginning of the Nymphenburg factory after it was moved from Neudeck. It is handpainted with a nice large floral arrangement in the center and lots of smaller flowers all around. Gold trim to the rim which is also a nice shape and not just plain round. The plate is marked with the rare underglaze blue six pointed star mark only used from 1763 until 1767. It is in super condition for its age with a bit of wear to the gold trim and some paint flaking of the blue and green colors which is normal on the early Nymphenburg plates. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 10 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $1249
