Nice Floral Plate #1

This is a really nice early plate made by Nymphenburg in the 18th century. It is hand painted with a large floral arrangement in the center with two smaller ones next to it as well as four larger and four smaller flowers along the rim. A bit of a relief design to the nicely shaped edge. A very nice looking and quite rare plate in the typical Nymphenburg style they still use today! The plate is marked with the impressed shield mark as well as an impressed number as shown. It is in super condition for the age with just a touch of wear (mainly to one small flower from stacking) and a firing flaw to the back that does not affect the front. A really nice example from one of the rarer makers of the 18th century. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 9.375 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $749
