Man with Bunny

This is a figurine made by Minton in the mid 19th century. It is of a man holding a rabbit. He is one of the rare hand painted parian pieces they made. The quality of the piece is superb. Lots of detail to the pants and coat and even the base. The figurine is in great condition with a small chip to the bottom rim of the base. Gilded over and very hard to spot. The figurine is 6.75 inches tall and the base is 3 inches in diameter. He is only marked with the three dots impressed and dates to the early 1850's.
