Chinoiserie Teapot Stand

This is a fun teapot stand made by Minton in about 1805. It is handpainted with a nice chinoiserie design with the central figure sitting in some sort of gazebo surrounded by a nice landscape. Gold trim to the edge. A very well known design for this maker from their earliest days however a very ahrd to find piece from this service. The dish is 7.125 inches wide, 5.5 inches deep and 0.625 inches tall. The tea pot stand is in great condition with a little bit of use wear as shown. It is marked underneath with their earliest mark reminiscent of the Meissen crossed swords or Sevres mark with the letter M under it and the model number 539.
