Set of 14 Strewn Flowers Plates

This is set of 14 plates made by Meissen in the 19th century. I believe they are soup plates but since they are not terribly deep one could probably use them as dinner plates as well. Each is hand painted with lots of small scattered small flowers strewn about and a gold trim to the nicely shaped rim. A cheerie design that is a classic for this maker. Not terribly hard to find matching pieces if one wanted to make a set of dishes for use. Each plate is about 1.5 inches tall and 10 inches in diameter. They are marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed marks of this period and some have a painter's mark / number. 13 of them are i great condition with only the most minor of wear and one has a large chip to the underside rim which is not visible from above and could still be used perfectly. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $99 per plate - whole set price can be negotiated
