Reticulated Fruit Plate

This is a plate made by Meissen in the late 19th century. It is handpainted with a detailed scene in the center of some fruit, a flower and three butterflies which are really well done but the best part of this plate is the fancy reticulated rim with lots of flowers and gold highlights. The plate is in perfect condition except for a tiny spot on the peach (or plum) where the color is gone. Likely a glaze bubble that popped or soemthing along those lines. It is not obvious and the plate displays perfectly. The plate is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as the usual impressed numbers and letters one finds on Meissen of this period. The plate is 1.625 inches tall and 10.25 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
