Pendant with Fancy Silver Mounts

This is a really nice teardrop shaped necklace pendant made by Meissen in the 19th century. The center has a porcelain medallion that is hand painted with that superb cobalt blue ground color with some fancy gilding and a superb polychrome floral arrangement on white ground in the center. What makes this a bit more special than most are the fancy silver mounts. Much nicer than pretty much any I have come across. It looks very elegant! The porcelain piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue swords mark as shown - 1st quality and the silver is marked 835 on the part that the necklace goes through as shown. The entire piece together is 0.25 inches thick and 2.125 inches tall and 1.375 inches wide - the necklace attachment part sticks out about another 0.375 inches on top. It is in superb condition with the tiniest of wear only seen when enlarged. Slight oxidation to the silver. It displays perfectly and looks amazing!
