Pair of Jean Gille Figural Creamers

This is a pair of creamers made by Jean Gille. They date to about 1850. This is another good example of his work. The attention to detail on these creamers is amazing - probably the fanciest creamers I have seen and of great quality. Again a very Asian influence on these pieces with a European face. The outside is painted biscuit the inside is glazed to hold liquid. They are about 5 inches tall, 2.75 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep. In perfect condition. Both are marked with the JG mark but his is on a white and hers on a blue raised piece of porcelain. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
