Teapot

This is a teapot made by Frankenthal. It was made between 1762 and 1793 and is marked with the crown over CT mark in underglaze blue. Painted Watteau style scene on each side and on top of the lid. Pine cone finial and dragon head spout, puce and gold trim. Sprigs of flowers throughout. It is in good condition with a tiny restored chip to the lid and a hairline on one side that goes through the scene but has been cleaned by my restorer so it shows very little as you can see in the newly added pictures at the bottom. It is 4.25 inches tall, 6.75 inches wide and 4.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $1249
