Green Bird Scene Cup

This is a fun cup made by Frankenthal in the 18th century. It is handpainted with a great bird scene in green tones in the front, lots of scattered polychrome single flowers scattered throughout, a superb colorful trim to the rim an a nice flower to the inside bottom. A very stunning piece! The cup is in great condition with a hairline to the front as shown which is super tight - the piece still rings like a bell and one cannot even feel the hairline. Displays beautifully! The cup is marked with the CT under a crown with the letter B underneath as well as the usual incised markings as shown. The cup is 1.875 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.75 inches. Please email me for more information or photos.
