Floral Plate #11

This is a plate made by Chantilly in the 18th century. It is made of soft paste porcelain and handpainted with three nice floral arrangements in the center as well as a smaller one in the middle. (Very much reminiscent of Sevres plates of the period) The nicely shaped edge has a basket weave design to the paste and a light brown trim (the color changes betwen a dirty orange to a light brown between all these plates). The plate is in superb condition. It is marked underneath with the puce hunting horn mark as well as the letter C and an incised T. It is 9.625 inches in diameter and 1.125 inches tall.
