Floral Plate

This is a plate made by Caughley in the 18th century. It is made of soft paste porcelain and handpainted with dark blue and gold flowers as well as a nice dark blue rim with a gold design on top of it. The blue has a purplish hue to it. The plate is in super condition with almost no wear. It is marked with a blue S mark for Salopian and a gold 64 on the footrim. The gold might have been applied at Worcester for this plate. Size of the plate is 1 inch tall and 8 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
