Salopian Mustard Dish

This is a nice early mustard dish with its lid made by Caughley around 1775. It is superbly decorated with an underglaze blue printed fisherman pattern and has a nicely shaped handle. An earlier version than most one sees plus it is in good condition with just two small side by side chips on the lid rim and an even smaller one on the top rim of the main body. The piece including lid is 3.25 inches tall and has a diameter of about 2.5 inches. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue So mark. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $599
