Fruit Scene Teabowl Cup & Saucer

This is a tea bowl style cup and saucer made by Caughley in the 18th century. Both pieces are decorated in under glaze blue with a fruit scene pattern - I have seen this being called the Sliced Apple as well as the Apple and Damson pattern. Either way the two piece look superb with the deep blue decoration of flowers and fruits with a blue trim to the edge. The set is in perfect condition which is always amazing on pieces that are over 200 eyars old. The saucer is not marked but the cup has the blue crescent mark to it as shown. The cup is just over 1.875 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.125 inches high and has a diameter of 4.75 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
