Leaf Shaped Pickle Dish

This is a nicely shaped pickle dish made by Caughley in the 18th century. It is in the shape of a leaf with a nice under glaze blue design called Pleasure Boat aka Fisherman pattern with a nice design to the inside rim as well. Even underneath the porcelain was decorated in relief to copy some leaves as shown. It is not marked underneath but that is not unusual at all. The piece is in superb condition with some black firing marks mainly to the bottom underside and some stray blue color marks to the outside normal on these pieces. The dish is 1.375 inches tall including the handle, 2.625 inches wide and 3.375 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
