Amstel Fun Trim Cup & Saucer

This is a fun cup and saucer made by Amstel in the early 19th century. Both pieces are handpainted with a really nice colorful trim design along the rim which looks rather modern but is 200 years old which is amazing! Nice gold trim to the handle and the edges and puce flowers or sprigs to the center along with gold dots. The saucer is in perfect condition but the cup has lots of tiny black firing spots as well as two tight hairlines as shown. It still displays very nicely! They are marked with the under glaze blue Amstel mark as well as the usual incised marks of the period, The cup is 2.125 inches tall and 2.25 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1 inch tall and 5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
