Vienna Blackamoor Figurine

This is a rare figurine of a blackmoor made by the Wiener Kunstkeramische Werkstätte around 1919. This would predate the famous one made by Hugo Meisel at the Schwarzburger Werkstaetten which I find interesting since they are so much more well known! I could only find one other reference to this piece anywhere and it did not include much useful information :( Either way it is a very well modeled figurine of a blackamoor wearing a turban and huge slippers with a sword in his belt. A really colorful piece with lots of detail. I am unsure who designed this piece though his itnitials are impressed into the side of the base as is the number 19 for the year. The figurine is marked on the bottom with the impressed Wiener Werkstaette mark, impressed AUSTRIA as well as the model number 1632 over 86 over 5 and painter's intitials JR. He is 6.25 inches tall, 3.25 inches wide and 6.75 inches long. The figurine is in great condition with a little bit of crazing to the glaze, one tiny chip to the bottom base rim and a little glaze has flaked off the top of the turban which would be a very simple fix. Please email me for more information or photos.
