Creamware Teacaddy

This is a neat cream ware tea caddy / jar made by Wedgwood in the late 18th century. It is transfer printed with a scene of a shepherd with his sheep in a landscape surrounding on one side and a tea party type scene including a couple sitting at a table with the young servant by their side and a dog under the table. A nice piece that is in decent condition with some staining, a very minor glaze flakes, a small interior edge chip of the top rim, and what I call an almost chip around the bottom edge (it never came off!). The lid is missing as well. A rare survivor nontheless! The caddy is marked underneath with the impressed WEDGWOOD name and the letter L. It is 4.125 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 2 inches deep! Please email me for more information or other pictures.
