Wallendorf Deer Cup

This is a rare cup made by Wallendorf around 1770. It is handpainted with a nice design of a stag chased by a dog in a landscape surrounding as well as two flowers and a flower to the inside bottom. Some puce trim to the handle and the typical nice ribbed design to the paste itself on inside of the cup. The cup is in great condition with just a little wear and I think the top rim used to have a gold trim which is almost entirely gone. The cup is 1.75 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue W mark. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $299
