Viennese Enamel on Silver Saucer

This is a really nice saucer made in the Vienna area of Austria around the mid to late 19th century. It is made of enamel on silver. The enamel is hand painted with classical scenes of couples doing different things, a sheep, some buildings all in a landscape surrounding. The center has two cherubs on a cloud. Even the udnerside is hand painted with a nice landscape scene including some building. The edge and bottom foot are silver as well. It is a really nice example just a bummer I don't have the cup. The saucer is marked underneath with two hallmarks. One I cannot make out and the other is an oval with the letters LP inside which apparently stands for Ludwig Politzer. The saucer is in superb condition. I don't see any issues at all except off course some oxidation to the silver which is normal and a tiny scratch to the enamel in the center by the end of the red cloth of the cherub. The piece is a bit over 0.5 inches tall and has a diameter of 4.625 inches. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $499
