Lady in Rococo Chair Figurine

This is a rare figurine of a lady made by Royal Vienna around 1750. Not a model I ahve seen before nor could I find it in my searches. The figure is of a lady sitting in a superb rococo fancy chair. She is wearing a drssing gown that is very nice. The piece is nicely modeled and hand painted in the typical fashion for this maker during this period. The piece displays perfectly but there has been some top nothc restoration done to her. A corner of the base has been restored and there has been work to her blue and white sleeves and possible the right arm/hand though it is impossible to tell. The turquoise bows of her necklace have also been worked on I believe. None is visible at all even upon close inspection as the work was done by a true expert. About as nice as they come from this early period. The figure is 5.25 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 3.125 inches deep. Unmarked underneath the base or possible long gone since it is unglazed. These very early pieces are next to impossible to find! Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $999
