Unknown Freemason Type Figurine

This is a figurine made by an unknown maker. It does really remind me of a Frankenthal model made by Nymphenburg but it is not marked. There is an area near the edge of the underside that is ground down so it seems someone removed some sort of marking. Either way the piece is superbly modeled and left in the white to show off all that detail. The figure is of a figurine sitting on top of a large base that has raised designs to all sides. The figurineis of a putto holding a piece of paper in his left hand, has a cloth covering its mid section, has some drafting tools in the front with rolled up papers to the side and a fence to the back. He is sitting on a rocky base with some applied grasses to it. Definitely a Freemason / Masonic link with the tools. The entire piece is 12.5 inches tall, 4.5 inches wide and 3.75 inches deep. It is in perfect condition! A really nice looking figure I have not come across before! Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $399
