Yellow Ground Scenic Signed Plate

This is a superb little plate made by an unknown maker in the early 19th century I would guesstimate. It is not something I can quite figure out. It reminds me of English pieces like Derby but I don't think that is it, French Paris region pieces but it's a bit unusual for that and also of Pinxton where I found the closest matching pieces but I don't know enough about this maker to be sure. Their ware is often unmarked as is this piece here so that fits as does the style. I am sure someone out there is more familiar with this stuff and could give an opinion - it would be appreciated! Either way it is a very nice plate with a nice gold trim on white ground along the edge with most of the well area with a nice yellow ground color and a superb hand painted scene in the center including two houses, some trees and a mountain backgrond and nice sky. The scene is signed with the name Leoni as shown. The scene is of very nice quality! The plate is pretty thinly potted compared to most that I handle and has extremely good white translucency. The surface has some manufacturing flaws to it that were ground away on the underside - probably little black firing spots. The piece is in great condition - no chips, etc. but there are a few use marks and some minor wear. It displays perfectly and is quite nice! The plate is just under 1 inch tall and 8.625 inches in diameter. It is not marked at all. No incised marks, etc. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
