Unknown Bowl #2

This is a bowl made by an unknown maker in the 18th century. I always thought it might be Arras but a collector assured me it was not so there goes that idea. Early Meissen? yeah that's not it either. I thought it was a one off piece until recenly I came across another one which I off course had to buy. Same exact style and mark and definitely an early piece. Nothing here sheds any new light on this mystery. So I am stuck. Maybe someone else has an idea! It is plain white but has amazing flower garlands of little applied flowers and leaves with their stems attached to the outside held up by bows on the top. These are some of the best flowers I have ever seen on porcelain! The bowl is hand potted and you can still see the lines from the making. The bowl is in perfect condition but the applied decoration is not quite perfect with some very minor chips to the flwoers and one section of stem missing from the garland. The quality is just superb! A few small black firing specs in the porcelain and signs of porcelain being ground away after the first firing on the bottom inside likely to hide firing flaws before the glazing. The bowl is 3.5 inches tall and 6.875 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue AR mark as shown. I still think it might be made by Arras but it is just a hunch.
