Lady with Tambourine Figurine

This is a superb figurine of a lady musician playing the tambourine made in the Staffordshire region around 1790. She is is made of pearlware and very well modeled and painted. The figurine is about 5.125 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide and 1.875 inches deep. She is in great condition with a few minor paint flakes (headband, tambourine side, flowers on her dress and base). These are all minor and she displays beautifully! Amazingly she is a rare marked piece though I do not know enough about these to figure it out myself but the experts will be able to do so easily I would guess. There are three brown dots in a triangle arrangement as well as an impressed nubmer 8. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
