Lady Hunter Figurine

This is a superb figurine of Diana the Huntress I believe made in the Staffordshire region around 1790. Not sure who exactly made her but it could be Walton maybe. Probably not Wood and definitely not Sherratt but there are a few other possibilites and many makers have not exactly been identified even today. She is made of Pearlware and was superbly modeled and painted. I especially like the blue scroll work on the base. The figurine is about 6.375 inches tall, 2.625 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep. She is in great condition with a small mostly glaze chip to the hat rim and another small chip to the top right corner of her arrow. Neither takes away from the piece at all! She is not marked but that would just make it easy for us :) Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $599
