Duck

This is a figurine of a duck made by the Schwarzburger Werkstaetten in the early 20th century when it was first designed. That means it is one of the rare original pieces and not a later copy! The duck is superbly handpainted in very naturalistic colors and looks almost real. The piece is in perfect condition. It is 8.75 inches tall, 4 inches wide and about 5.25 inches long. The duck is marked with the impressed fox mark as well as the impressed stamp stating Schwarzburger Werkstaetten fuer Porzellankunst. The rim has a very light impressed model number I cannot make out easily but it seems to be U1024. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
