Girl Painting Butterfly

This is a girl painting a butterfly figurine made by the Schwarzburger Werkstaetten around 1925 when she was first designed. That means she is one of the rare original pieces. And a very typical figurine for them in style and coloration. Always simple and elegant and in the Art Nouveau style. She is holding a brush pot in her left hand and painting the butterfly that sits in front of her with the brush in her right hand. The piece is in great condition with some roughness to spots on her back. Must have scraped somewhere a bit. Doesn't take away from the piece at all. She is 5.25 inches tall, 4.625 inches wide and 3.25 inches deep. She is marked with the impressed fox mark as well as U. 538. underneath. Also the impressed stamp (be it lightly) stating Schwarzburger Werkstaetten fuer Porzellankunst. On the side of the base a stamp with the artist name - Georg Wolf. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
