Scenic Plate w/ Nice Rim

This is a really nice scenic plate made by one of the many factories copying the Royal Vienna beehive / shield mark. This one was made in the late 19th / early 20th century in Austria or possibly Germany ! The center is hand painted with a scene of a lady holding a floral garland with a warrior sleeping next to her while sitting. Nice landscape surrounding with a fountain of a sphinx in the background. What I especially like about this plate is the rim design of the colorful scrolls with the dotted background. It in combination with the other panels looks stunning! The scene is of a very good quality and the rim design nicer than many. it's a great looking plate! The plate is in superb condition with jsut a touch of use marks / wear. it displays perfectly! It is 9.625 inches in diameter and 1.375 inches tall so a very nice size. It is marked with the blue shield / beehive mark underneath as shown. Please email me for more information or photos.
