Fancy Floral Cup & Saucer

This is a really nice cup and saucer made by Royal Vienna in the 18th century - pre date codes. Both pieces are hand painted with a really nice design including a large floral arrangement to the center of the saucer and two floral arrangements to the outside of the cup. These are nicely painted! My favorite part however is that neat trim to the rim. It consists of pink bow garlands intersected by a thing gold band with blue cornflowers stuck into the bows. Its not soemthing I have seen by them before and it looks stunning! The handle shape is more reminiscent of French pieces and has a bit of gold trim to it. Gold trim to the top edges and around the bottom of the cup. The set is in great condition with some minor wear to the gilding mainly to the top edges. They display perfectly! The cup is 2.125 inches tall and 2.375 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.25 inches tall and just over 5 inches in diameter. The bottom of both is marked with the blue beehive / shield mark as shown. The cup has a painter's mark to the foot ring but it's too tiny to make out. It is two digits and the last seems to be a 4 but the first is anyone's guess. The saucer has an impressed 2 and 27 under it. Please email me for more information or photos.
