Rosenthal Girl with Dog Figure

This is a fun figurine of a young lady with her German shepherd dog made by Rosenthal in 1929. The lady is holding a little ball / marble in her right hand which the dog is keeping an eye on. The figure was modeled by the famous Theodor Kaerner who also modeled pieces for Nymphenburg among others! Defiitely influenced by the Art Deco style of the time - nicely modeled with just a bit of color to make this one very elegant and fun figure. The figurine is in perfect condition which is always nice :) It is marked underneath with the green Rosenthal mark with Bavaria underneath as well as an impressed T. Kaerner and number 358 with a z behind it for the model number. The piece is about 4.5 inches tall, 3.25 inches wide and 9.875 inches long. Please email me for more information or photos.
