Roerstrand King Olaf II Vase

This is a vase made by Roerstrand in 1897. It commemorates King Oscar II's 25 year anniversary as ruler of Sweden. Handpainted in underglaze blue on a relief design with the year marks 1872-1897 with his cypher underneath. Three blue crowns painted on relief on the backside of the vase. It is in perfect condition and 4.5 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter. Marked underneath with the underglaze blue Roerstrands name mark with three crowns - two above and one below.
