Coalport Church Gresley Vase

This is a great vase made by Coalport and likely London decorated by Thomas Baxter around 1810. The church gresley pattern is superb with lots of fancy gilding, lots of geometric patterns including yellow ground compartments with blue cornflowers in the center, roses, two floral garlands - one around the top and one around the foot and a great floral arrangement scene in the front center. Nice shape with two scroll handles. A top of the line piece in one of the more fun patterns of this period. The vase is in great condition with some very minor wear to the gilding in a few spots but nothing that distracts and a chip to a corner of the base. The piece is about 9 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches deep. Not marked but that is pretty normal! The same vase except converted to a lamp is available on Ruby Lane by another seller if you'd like a pair :) Please email me for more information or other pictures.
