Orleans Figurine

This is a figurine made by Orleans in about 1770. It is of a lady sitting with a sheath of wheat in her arm and what probably used to be a flower in her hand. The figure is plain white but glazed and quite elegant. Orleans started making porcelain around 1767 under Claude-Charles Gerault d'Areaubert who died in 1782. After him his widow took over for a while and then some other people until it closed in 1812 I think. The piece is unmarked which is not uncommon on pieces from this period. She is in good condition with whatever she was holding in her hand missing. Some small black firing spots but no other damage. The figurine is 5.5 inches tall, 2 inches wide and 3.25 inches deep.
