Toucan Bird Figurine

This is a superb figurine of a Toucan made by Nymphenburg around the mid 20th century. Originally designed by Luise Terletzki-Scherf in about 1930 this is one colorful and well modeled figurine! I like this bird in real life anyway but it looks just as fun in porcelain in this case! The figure is in perfect condition, It is marked on the front of the base with the impressed shield mark as well as underneath with another impressed shield mark, the numbers 721 over 6 and the green shield mark as shown. The piece is just over 5 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
