3D Flowers Vase w/ Lid

This is an interesting and fun vase with its original lid made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century. Instead of being painted by hand as most of their items would have been this one has applied 3D flower garlands that go all around as well as a nicely reticulated top rim. The lid also has a reticulated section and a nice rose finial. I had not seen this style until I bought a vase that was missing its lid and now I finally found one with it. The flowers are superb but not as good as my other piece which is from an earlier period. Still they are quite detailed and would have been a ton of wrok to make with each petal being done by hand separately. The vase is marked underneath with the impressed shield mark, an impressed number 881 over 1 and the letter K as well as their green shield mark with the word Nymphenburg underneath it. The piece is in superb condition with a tiny chip to the leaf of the finial on the lid and one other tiny chip to a flower but it displays absolutely perfectly! The vase is about 12 inches tall including the lid and about 6.5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
