Pair of Baby Chicks Figurine

This is a hard to find figure of two baby chicken on a base made by Nymphenburg in the mid 20th century. One chick is pecking at a beatle / bug on the side of the base while the other is stretching its wings. The base is simple with a tree trunk in the back and the impressed shield mark to the front which was colored in blue. Nicely modeled and hand painted perfectly. The figurine is 5.5 inches tall, 5.375 inches wide and 4 inches deep. The piece is marked with the impressed shield mark underneath as well as the number 353 over 8 (I think as they are a bit tough to read). It also has the green shield mark under a crown with Nymphenburg under it. The piece is in perfect condition. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $599
