Original French Bulldog

This is a figure of a little french bulldog puppy (at least I think it is a puppy) made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. A truly cute dog and not one you see often at all! He is 4.5 inches tall, 3.75 inches long and 3 inches wide and in perfect condition, same as the day he was made. The dog is marked with the impressed shield mark as well as the incised numbers 649 (something after it is covered by an old brown paper label) as well as the green shield mark with Nymphenburg underneath.
