Mice Eating Socks Figurine

This is a fun figurine made by Nymphenburg during the mid 20th century right after WWII. It is of a pair of mice on a nice base. The one standing on its hind legs is munching on a sock while the other one is sniffing the ground right next to antoehr sock. A really fun piece that is nicely modeled and hand painted perfectly to look stunning! Just the right amount of color to look superb. The figure is about 3.25 inches tall, 4.625 inches wide and 2.875 inches deep. The figurine is marked with the impressed shield mark on the front of the base that was painted in blue as well as another impressed shield mark underneath with the impressed numbers 473 and 14. Also their green shield mark with the name Nymphenburg under it and Western Germany under that as shown. The piece is in perfect condition which is always nice. Really cute!
